we faced a few issues...
Had a good trip with family. The cab driver was polite throughout. But we faced a few issues: the hotel was under construction, breakfast and dinner options were limited compared to a buffet, and room cleanliness was a problem. All Seasons staff Shivam was courteous and arranged an alternate hotel nearby which was good.

We had an amazing time on our visit to Uttarakhand. Our travel agent did everything for us and made this trip unforgettable. I booked a family trip to Uttarakhand. We were a group of 10 people. Our driver Kailash and guide Mukesh were absolutely fantastic. They were accommodating, skilled and knowledgeable. They made our Uttarakhand trip easy and gave us the best possible experience. But will suggest to change the hotel in Nainital as the upkeep and maintenance was not up to the mark and service was too slow.
